A Bliss Gift is treated just like the same Tobbie gift Hamper and has all the same gift customisation features that give it your personal touch and make it feel special.

Can I track the Bliss throughout the journey?

You will get a notification email when the recipient chooses a gift. We will send them a tracking number for their email since they're entering their own shipping details.

Can I cancel the Bliss Gift at anytime?

Unfortunately, Since we sends the digital gift just after you purchase, You can't cancel the Bliss Gift. Your recipient has a window of 21 days to own a Bliss as they like.

I submitted a wrong email address.

Don't Worry, you will receive a copy of digital Bliss Gift in an email. So, if you realize you made a mistake with the email address, you can send the digital gift to the right email on your own or send it back to us to redirect the Bliss Gift Code.
But just letting you know, each 'digital' Bliss Gift is special and can only be used one time. So, if you send it to more than one person, only the first person who uses it can pick a gift.

Don't worry, we're on the case! We'll sprinkle their inbox with gentle reminders to help them pick something amazing. If they're still pondering after three, six, and fifteen days, we won't give up! We'll send a copy of that digital Bliss Gift to you too. So, if you think they're missing out on our emails, you can give them a nudge by sending it yourself!
